The product range of replaceable membrane filter plates
is available in size 630 x 630 mm, 800 x 800 mm,
1000 x 1000 mm, 1200 x 1200 mm and 1500 x 1500 mm.

The body plate is made in one single piece by injection molding made of high quality
polypropylene with individual adjustable material properties.

The EMP’s membrane filter plates are available 
in different feed eye executions and the membranes are available in various materials 
such as EPDM, NBR and FKM. 
With the membrane plate technology a higher productivity, 
shorter filtration cycles, increased solid contents and a better cake washing efficiency can be 
achieved compared to the chamber filter plate technology.		 EMP’s membrane plates can be supplied
with membrane plates only as a “full membrane plate pack” or in combination with 
an EMP’s chamber filter plate as a “mixed pack”.
